I'm looking to collect the fullest set of Ancient and Contemporary Tantra methods I can find --- for the celibate bramacharya.

Hi ananda,
Best of luck, then. Andre van Lysebeth pointed out in The Cult of the Feminine that the origins of the word Tantra (5-6th century) don't change the fact that Tantra is milleniums older, just like the origins of the word sex (12th century) don't mean that primates haven't had sex for millions of years.
IMO, the methods described at AYP and elsewhere cover both body and mind (plus the greyzone in between, like sambhawi or mantras). So even if the variations of physical bandhas, mudras and pranayamas are pretty much neo-variations on an ancient theme, it's not the physical part alone that makes the method. Yoga is especially beneficial to getting the feeling of uniting body and mind for spiritual reasons, plus training many of the techniques under an appropriate mindset.
