Hi Yogani,
I recently got in touch with the lessons and they are very beautiful and authentic supported by actual experience.

Quick Question
Are you enlightened already ?

When we are still in the path and have already found a GURU how should we react or feel when another impressive master comes and there is a different technique.

You have also given so many techniques, how would it be feasible to practice so many of them with each of them being so beneficial and good to the practice.
thanks
Uma

Welcome Uma!

No special claims here. If the writings are helpful to you on your path, that is all that matters.

Regarding what teaching to follow, you might find this lesson helpful: http://www.aypsite.org/19.html

As far as the AYP approach is concerned, it is step by step, a little bit at a time, not all at once. It is suggested to review the lessons in order from the beginning and see what resonates. Take what works for you, and leave the rest.

You can find a lot of help from many skilled practitioners here in the support forums.

Wishing you all the best on your path. Enjoy!

The guru is in you.

I was meditating the other day and had a vision of the guru.

Yogani was sitting on a Florida beach wearing a pair of old cut-off jeans, tanned, venerable but in a surfer-dude sort of way. White beard, hair in a Mahasiddha topknot, gesturing to the sun in the pose of Virupa (http://www.tibetancho.com/Images/Virupa.jpg)...

Prostrations, Yogani. Thanks for everything.

Here are a few lines about the Guru and I think it is pretty much true about any genuine person who is here to help us to lead to the divine.

Our Dear Messenger

In the morning mist when the
Sun was hazy and the wind was moisty.
It was hard to see the light and
Dark to go a few paces.

We were going along but not
Knowing where and how.
Many were the risks and
Lot have we been scared.

We saw some light here and there
Went up to them to stay for a while.
Then came the messenger as he calls himself,
Holding our hand and putting it in
The hands of the master.

Live like a prince does he say
For everything is now taken care.
Walk like a king does he say
For everything is for yours to rule.

The light of his being is clearing,
The mist of the morning and could you
Clearly see the sun shining bright and rosy.
He would say that with the new eyes that you would get
There is no path that you cannot tread.

You are now joined to the mystic divine,
To be raised to heaven and beyond ,
Behold the light in your heart for the
Whole Universe is yours.
