Hi Yogis,

I just found this new ebook, which is 19 dollars. The form was supposedly invented by the guy who originally came up with taijiquan.

Don't know if I can recommend it for those who have self pacing issues...it's an alchemical/shamanic form of qigong, and not necessarily grounding. It gives a lot of energy.

Just something to check out if you want!

It is very, very good. Quite unique I find. Subtle in its effects. It blends heavnely and earthly energies very well. THe whole practice creates a kind of energetic vortex effect. I experience it as quite grounding because of the blending efect.

Yeah, it's great!

I think someone could probably practice this form alone, and it would be more than enough to progress quickly and safely. It really stimulates the upper centers, while bringing the energy down at the same time.

And it's great for health. I had elimination issues for the past year, due to other practices, and now I seem to be completely back to normal after less than a week of practicing this form.
