Hi,

Can anyone tell me how much the info in the book "Advanced Yoga Practices: Easy Lessons for Ecstatic Living" overlaps with the other AYP enlightenment series books? --Particularly with the "Deep Meditation" and the "Spinal Breathing Pranayama" books.

I'm trying to figure out which AYP texts I should buy to get started with this work.

Update: The 9 Enlightenment Series books were completed in Sept 2008, online lesson posting resumed in Nov 2008, and AYP Easy Lessons Volume 2 is looking like 2010 or 2011 at this stage.

Good luck with the completion of AYP Easy Lessons Volume 2.

I'm buying Volume 1 and the Secrets novel tonight.

Personally I would buy volume one and also the 8 limbs book if I could only get two. I have all of his books though. Good stuff
