Quick question for anyone out there who is well versed in nauli kriya.... Is there any particular procedure to help make it easier to churn the muscles in both directions? I find it easy to flex each muscle on their own, and I can "churn" the stomach muscles really well in one direction, but when I try to go the other direction I find it incredibly awkward and difficult to do properly. Any advice?
Its all down to practice I think. Try doing some uddiyana, (the abdominal lift) this will strengthen and loosen the stomach muscles also maybe try doing some sit ups.
