Hi everybody!Im new here,i introduced my self in self pacing section. I have one important question.Could you help me please? I practice meditation twice a day,no ayp meditation.After meditation i always write the meditation in a personal notebook.This is a form of bringing the meditation to conscience.My teacher told me about more fast espiritual devolopment with this exercice. Ok.The problem is that i rest after meditation 5 mtes or more (like yogani says).Today i did meditation,i rest,and after i take my notebook.After rest i felt good,but when i began writing i began to feel a little unconfortable and was more difficult remembering meditation than writing before rest,for example. And my question: Whats the best,writing meditation after rest o before rest (without damaging the important time to rest) ? i prefer writing before rest because i considere it meditation too,but i dont now if it damage the effects of resting because it is an external activity,you know...
