Namaste Friends,

Just wondering if anyone here has ever thought of the classic "head banging" as a form of jalandhara to a beat.

Can't say i have personally, though when i was mashed on large doses of pot and head banging my index finger pointed upwards by itself when i was in a trance.

If it is low blood pressure you are after, listening to Metallica probably won't help.
