I will be guiding some people through a toutine. Some of the people I would not feel comfotable putting them in plow pose or shoulder stand, as some are farily large/heavy people. I will ask them to try it but if they feel more than minor uncomfort I will ask that they come out of it due to liability reasons. is there a couple of poses we could put in place of those two for the ones who need it?
I am lvoe, I am peace, I am joy,
and so are you

Hi Tube,

Just getting people to put their legs up against a wall for some time will give them the benefits of an inversion.
