I have read the Yogani tantra book and currently it is lent out to a friend. I also have the book called the multi orgasmic male. Now in that book it talks about bringing the energy up the spine and into the bead and then touching your tounge to the palate and this will send the energy down the front of your body and store it in/near the location of the belly button I believe. It goes on to say that if you just bring the energy up and do not let it come back down the front, you will have excess energy. I dont have the yogani book at the moment to reference and not sure when I will get it back. thanks in advance Neil
