I was not sure where the best place to post this was so I chose here as a starting point. It is a about severe 'kundalini syndrome' and one man's journey with it. I came to know about Jerry Weinstein a number of years ago from some posts on the Reiki Tummo forum. A small part of his journey included Reiki Tummo. In his article, he openly describes the experience he had with the Reiki Tummo Level I and II attunements along with a straightforward assessment of their effects for him (pro and con) and the follow-on work with Rama, the gentleman that provided the attunement. More importantly, he describes his whole journey with kundalini syndrome in a very open and honest manner.
