I have a quick questionon which I need some clarification. In practice, one should begin with the mantra. Then, should one proceed into meditation or pranayama next? I am wondering about the order in which to place the practices. (Mantra, Meditation, Pranayama or Mantra, Pranayama, Meditation.) Thank you very much in advance! Wayne

Mantra is not a separate practice, it is used in meditation.
You repeat the "I AM" mantra internally closing your eyes and that is meditation. Getting your concepts wrong can be a real waste of time. Please read the AYP lessons starting from #10 onwards.
