I thought this was an neat article if anyone is interested in heartbeat breath syncronization and times of day which are more effective during deep sleep and light sleep.
My opening wore me out so I needed to self-pace and really ground experience and demystify all of that scenery, as yogani says. Believe me, no matter where we are at it's all just scenery.
Anyway, if anyone has anything to add on the subject please chime in.
