For a long time my eyes have felt the pull upwards, and I assumed in time some kind of experience would occur. While in the crouch position two nights ago, my eyes were drawn upward. The eyes spasmed a few times and came to a point of rest, slightly turned inward. For a long period of time I observed a yellowish ring and later that disappeared and the image of a light blue ball suddenly came into view. The yellow ring appeared to be about the size of a marble and the light blue ball was the size of a pea.
While searching for more information online about the third eye, I came across this book, Awakening the Third Eye.

Hey Kyman. Thanks for this link. I really like this book so far. Sort of mirrors the philosophical path of AYP so far. It is cool to see it from a different perspective.

Once opened susbstantially, third eye literally gives access to unseen realms. It has just started for me. Iam seeing glimpses of the beings in the so called astral realms. I have read that, taking minute quantities of DMT chemical (i guess this drug is banned in the USA - i have not taken any drug ever, my third eye opened naturally) gives access to other realms, temporarily though. When the so called third eye (pineal gland??) opens naturally, the gland secretes DMT just by focussing attention on the third eye area and the visions can be had even in the wakeful state and not necessarily in the lucid dreaming state.
