Hi to all

My question is that is "I AM" different from "AUM". I have read about "AUM" everywhere but here I found something different.Does "I AM" produce different vibrations and is it better than "AUM" ?

I apologise if I hurt someone's feelings but I think these type of questions can be helpful for the sadhaks especially like me..
