some background first,i was given the first initiation into "Babaji's Kriya Yoga" and apart of these techniques there one where you physicaly touch your rist and feel for the pulse. you become aware of the pulse take the hand off the rist and just go along pumpN-wit-it.
to day in sadhana i had this pumpN going on for abut 5min. stronger than ever,my whole body was doing the pumpN-pulse-drum. this happen while doing the AYAM mantra. oh, yes i had a light smile on my face during. so groooveee!
more importantly i stayed with AYAM mantra the CAUSE and not the awareness of pulse effect.
