But anyway its worthy of your attention for sure ... one doesnt often get to seem cool vids about meditation (as opposed to the more 'worthy but dull' ones ).
Ah glad someone noticed it... thought it was a pity that all you folks might not see it ... forgetting the usual ideological differences between schools I thought it was nicely and inspiringly made
