I finished Yogani's "Asanas, Mudras and Bandhas - Awakening Ecstatic Kundalini" book and really enjoyed it. As with all his Enlightenment Series books, I find that he goes into details and provides new insights not found in his other writings.

If you have read it and enjoyed it, doing a review on Amazon.com is a huge help to Yogani who has provided not only this forum but all this sacred knowledge for free to us and to the general public at large. People deserve to know about this stuff and Yogani has given us so much and asked so little in return it's really the least we can do.

My review can be found here and I have copied it below too:

Asanas, Mudras and Bandhas - Awakening Ecstatic Kundalini by Yogani is an excellent resource for yoga practitioners, very clear, concise and easy to understand. It is also a must-read for people interested in taking their yoga and spiritual practices to the next level by providing very powerful tools to awaken and expand kundalini energy within.

Asanas Mudras and Bandhas contains methods rarely if ever revealed to the general public and definitely has the potential to open the door for permanent life change in any dedicated spiritual practitioner. I highly recommend it!
