Hi all,

In June 2025 I will be leading a 7-day (6-night) retreat in Pembrokeshire in West Wales, U.K.

The topic of the retreat will be: "Beyond the Mind: The Art of Meditation and Samadhi". The dates are the 24th to the 30th June 2025. The retreat will be suitable for people of any level of experience.

I will be leading the retreat with Alex Wales.

Hi all,

There is one place still remaining for this retreat in South Wales at the end of June 2025.
