although I have read a bit about Taoist tantra, I think it is still better for me to ask this what are their differences?
I read that in taoist tantra one press on the "base chakra" spot but achieving orgasm is allowed, without ejaculation and the sexual chi will go up the spine to the crown. the Taoist also do some exercises like female/male deer QiGong.
I am not familiar with yogic version. I only got the red tantra book about an hour ago :P
