Hello everyone,
I came across some startups who are selling kundalini yoga classes for 15 days, chakra balancing meditation course for 15 days to anyone who pays for it. Of course the participants felt great after that with clarity, better sleep, less confusion, more energy etc. Is this approach to any kind of meditation for anyone the right approach to meditation? Kundalini, chakra-focused meditations, vipassana etc aren't for complete beginners or even those who want more energy and health. Of course it's possible that the practice might sit right with someone and the intention might change later but still. I would like to hear everyone's views about this.
Thank you :)

Hi Kapardine!!!
I see such ads over Insta/FB all the time, people are getting their chakras balanced/kundalini opened in a few days of workshop and in some bucks!!! Lolzzz
IMHO ,better to stay away from such things. I see that you too are from India (Devabhoomi ) The motherland of enlightenment but there are more [self styled] gurus exist here than the sincere disciples |

Kapardine, There are many paths to enlightenment. There are almost too many choices these days. I have tried a number of paths that have been dead ends. We eventually find what works for us. AYP is a very effective complete practice. My experience with kundalini yoga is it takes years to establish a stable practice. I hope you find what works for you. |
