Hi all,

During May, 2023 I will be leading a 6-day residential AYP retreat at the Bala Brook centre in Devon, England. It will be a 6-day retreat running from the 5th to the 10th May.

The topic will be "Beyond the Mind: Self-Inquiry Practices in Yoga".

Alex Wales will be teaching on the retreat with me.
