Hello Yoginis and Yogis,

I will be hosting online AYP Retreat on Sunday, November 20th. Details below. Please let me know if you would like to attend.

Date: Sunday, November 20th, 2022

Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)

Topic: Human Metamorphosis/Dark night of the Soul

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama

11:10 p.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama

12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Introduction. Afternoon talk on Human Metamorphosis/Dark Night of the Soul .

Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
