Hi all,
In November I will be starting to run monthly online 4-day retreats again. Each retreat will have a different topic.
The first one will run from the 3rd to the 6th November. Classes will be held in the afternoon and evening, London (UK) time. The topic will be "Using mudras and bandhas in yoga, awakening ecstasy in the body". We will look at the use of siddhasana, which plays an important role on the path for many yogis and yoginis. We will also explore the writings of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, often considered to be the "bible" of Hatha Yoga.
