The next online retreat that I will be leading will be from the 10th to the 13th February 2022.
The topic will be: "The stages of awakening on the Spiritual Path". We will be looking at the processes of pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi, and at the different stages of samadhi, and at how they relate to liberation. We will also be looking at the processes of viveka (discrimination) and vairagya (abiding).
