Happy New Year!

I'm offering one day online AYP international retreat on Sunday, January 23rd . The topic of the retreat is Goddesses of Yoga: Kali.

Below is the retreat details.

Date: Sunday, January 23rd, 2022

Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)

Topic: Goddesses of Yoga: Kali.

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama

11:10 p.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama

12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Afternoon talk on Goddesses of Yoga: Kali followed by questions & answers.

Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
