I'm offering one day AYP online retreat on April 25th, 2021 . The topic is Exploring subtle body:Pranayama, Nectar Cycle, Amrita(Nectar of The Divine)

Retreat Schedule (Eastern Standard Time)
Topic: Exploring subtle body: Pranayama, Nectar Cycle, Amrita(Nectar of The Divine)
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:10 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
2:30 p.m. - 3.30 p.m. Afternoon talk on Exploring subtle body: Pranayama, Nectar Cycle, Amrita(Nectar of The Divine)
Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
