Next June we will be holding our second AYP retreat in La Drome in the South of France. The retreat will be held at the La Salamandre retreat centre, in the mountains of La Drome and will run from the 4th to the 8th June 2020. The retreat will be led by myself and Amandine Perrin and will be led mostly in French. Satsangs will be given in English with French translation.
The requested theme of the retreat will be “Enlightenment, and how it is related to the AYP system of yoga, to kundalini and to the evolving stages of the mind.”

How kundalini relates to the process of awakening and Self-realization.
The 5-stages of mind leading to enlightenment.
What is the difference between “awakening”, “Self-realization” and “enlightenment”?
