It seems as if my kundalini is escaping mybody and hurting others, won’t go into details how. It feels like i need routines where the energy stays inside and not mess others up, i have a feeling of just wanna quit since I dont want to hurt others.
Anyone got advice on techniques that might help? Haven’t read through the Ayp lessons yet but could it be anything for me? Not sure if I need grounding or practicing other things to not let kundalini slip onto others, could also be that I’m invonturarily stealing energy from others not sure.
