Hi Nikitph,
To re-start or to increase your fire agni, you may consider fasting for a day or two, or just for half a day (some people fast until noon or until 3 pm). If you do that, make sure you drink plenty of fluids.
Other things that increase the fire are: uddiyana bandha, navi, and nauli kriya; kapalbathi pranayama; asanas such as the triangle, the bow pose, the eagle, the warrior, and so on; decision making, and following up on what we decide; warm herbal teas; and so on. As Lalow mentioned, ginger helps.
Supporting the fire is important also, and we can do this by eating mostly freshly cooked meals, in small portions, with plenty of time in between meals for complete digestion. Again, it is important to drink enough water to stay hydrated and flush the toxins. Moderate intensity exercise is also helpful, such as walking, hiking, biking, swimming.
Overall, agni the fire is an important aspect in maintaining our health, and it should be supported in daily life. A well balanced energy of fire means that agni is only one part in the marvelous creation of the universe. Agni needs to be in harmony with the other elements, otherwise excessive agni will create just as much trouble as diminished agni.
Practice wisely, and let us know how you are doing.

HI nikitph
You've received some good advice.

Trapped energy. Deep meditation and spinal breathing should remove the blockages and release the energy, but you need to be patient. It could take more than a few months.
