I would like to share something and let your experience talk. I saw and accident 3 minutes before it happened yesterday. I was walking down the street with my grocery bags and saw a breakdown lorry. I told myself to rush as I saw the image of it getting backwards and crashing someone or something. I rushed my feet telling myself I would not like that to happen to me and telling myself it was a nonesense what I was thinking. It was stopped and nothing would say it could happen. As I was 2 meters away from the site it happened. It just started going backwards and crashed a car with a man in it. I started calling the breakdown lorry driver and the people working there but they could not hear me because of the noise. I asked a teacher of mine at Kundalini class and she told me that Kundalini makes these things happen. I mean, I am not a fortune teller or anything like that but it really surprised me. I have been told that some Mantras protect us. I am into Sadhana right now and taking it very seriously. I would like to share your opinions. Thank you.

It has been 3 months since i started and nothing significant happened except for minor things. Almost 3-4 weeks back i observed some rapid movement in my spine up and down. I couldnt concentrate on "i am" and my total observation was on that movement. But that stopped after 4 days and now i dont get it. i dont know the reason.
i am doing meditation for 30-40 mins and since 1 week back during meditation pain used to come in the back of my neck. I read jim say this can be due to excessive practice. since the last 2 days i dont have any pain.
Unconnected thoughts- These have been part of my experiences from the beginning. during meditation in my mind lot of unrelated places come and i remember unconnected events from my memory. These are not new but events and places i experienced/visited before. So nothing significant
Love, Near

I wouldn't call myself a senior member as I have only been practicing AYP for seven months but experiences? well the meditation has com on wonderfully I have learned not to concentrate and just bring the attention back to the idea of the mantra, that has brought wonderful deep meditation results. A new experience for me (just the last few days) is that all I have to do is imagine the infinite and waves of pleasure wash over me. I am fortunate that many years ago while engaged in other practices I glimpsed the source of all things, for a brief moment I was part of that sea of consciousness out there. These practices have made it possible for me to call up that memory if albeit faintly and bathe in the glory of it. This is my Ishta my goal, and everything is going to plan.
Blessings R.C.
