What is the difference between the Main lessons we get in the two books and on the site vs the individual books? I have only read the main lessons on the site and in the books. Just started reading the book on Deep Meditation, what would the difference be between that book and say the main lessons in the book or on the site? |

Hi LBK:
The 2 AYP Easy Lessons books have instructions for all the AYP techniques and about 20% additional support material than the free online lessons. AYP Plus has all of this, and hundreds of lesson additions. Also, all of the AYP books and audiobooks are included on AYP Plus in streaming mode.
The 11 Enlightenment Series books (also available in audiobook format), are modular for specific practices and very well organized, but not quite as complete as the two AYP Easy Lessons books, or the Plus lessons.
All the best!
The guru is in you.

Thanks Yogani for clearing this up. I've always been wondering about the two big books vs the smaller ones, especially in regards to amount of content. |
