We had a great retreat at the end of June at the Bala Brook retreat centre near my home in Devon. A lot of experienced AYP practitioners came and it was beautiful to see how deep the stillness and silence became during the group sittings over the four days of the retreat.
A big thank you to Raminder, Donna and Star for cooking such wonderful food over the weekend.
The next U.K. AYP retreat will be in the Lake District in October at a beautiful retreat centre called Nab Cottage.
