Nice article.
Helps to put things into perspective.
I recall how symptomatic I was in the beginning, zip, zang, or zest mediations could provoke in the body. I read many times on here that would pass, and in recent times, when I felt a dramatically different/smooth meditation, I fully realized the truth behind those teachings/sharings.
Now, there is a tremendous sense of surrender to this process, and that in decades to come, it can only get smoother.
