hi

2 important questions:

1. i practised Transcendental Meditation for 4 months.
i stopped tm after it because personal reasons.
i get good results - more Confident, calm, happy, social, etc..
In addition, i get 4 situations:
a. my Time passes pretty quickly.
b. Sense that the brain empty of Thoughts.
sense of there isnt Thoughts.
c. the world and people Look beautiful.
feeling of the dream.
d. i smile and positive Almost every moment.

my question: Is 4 the situations indicate about Fourth state of consciousness - Pure consciousness - Relaxation alertness.
if yes, is it positive? good or bad?

2. I practice calming breathing technique accompanied by a positive auto-suggestion - my thinking is positive thinking. "
Is this technique may enhance the positive results received in tm, thanks to tm?

please reply my questions so:
1. answer.
2. answer

thanks

Hi the man :)

It sounds like your heart is open. The love and happiness you are experiencing during the day is a very good thing

As far as positive thinking. The goal is to realize you are not your thoughts so why create thoughts, believe in thoughts that are not you? You will get a lot more if you just observe your thoughts than thiking positive.

Let the heart shine by doing your best to be in silence and watch how your love just grows and grows :)
