1. while showering, receive the water as being poured by the guru.a daily 'baptism' into the innocence that we are with the past and karma wiped away. so we are the 'new', the childlike mind. feel the blessed water as though it is mother ganges/your favourite waterfalls/shower washing away all the past and everything before it in the current of awareness while bathing!
the morning shower in cold/room temperature water empowers us with a deeper yogic practice and meditation and the ability to have a clearer mind. The clearer mind is obtained when we let go of 'me' and 'mine' as the body hits the cold water to know the soul that is housed in the body and mind. So is pleasure and so is pain- both together to know and go beyond is tantra.
water is sacred and more sacred when we recognize it to be and indulge in it.

2. a deep breath is best guided by an empowered mantra that is the guru. this master, this guru is that we connect in yoga to relate the physical and the spiritual guiding the breath.
that is as breath, the river of knowledge and wisdom. within breath is the knowledge that as sound is. beyond breath is wisdom that as resonance being 'light' is.
3. we spend and we earn. both, the dynamics of daily living. money is a good energy that in abundance is in the sound 'shreeem' and behind this sound, the resonance, 'eeee mmmm'. the resonance 'eee is the vibration of the manifested reality, the goddess. the vibration 'mmmm' guided to the heart to blossom is the well graced joy in the human.
4. cook the mantra. like cooked rice, the energies of one becomes ready after the mind has digested the essence. 'listening' to higher vibrations and sharing the joy of the singer connected in source allows the descent to unfold the pathway as the inner knowing of joy is lit. the singer and our individual entity, the fire within breath- both dissolved in the moment of now that matures energies to receive divine grace.
5. in our daily yoga, utilize sun salutation to tap into the energy of source within the body. this is not really 'tapping' in. it is merging in through breath so that the muladhara fire of the primal fire ascends well to the third eye perch that contains our body consciousness by the absorption of the mind in the joys. the joys of the flow. the flow of fire between the chakras.
siddha knowing- in most goddess temples in south india, the goddess deity as in the sanctum sanctorum is the height of our kundalini stalk, base chakra to crown chakra. the height of the deity, her presence in each of our chakra as the journey above.
when doing the sun salutation , enjoy her graceful and awakened energies that are subtle containing the gross. this wisdom extends as the treasure in eastern martial arts. subtle energies of the kundalini as the mind's unlimited energies to manifest. the divine alignment that allows the flow.
