Ok not sure how to explain this but here goes: Mainly when I yawn, during times of extreme quiet like waking up or after meditation I hear a sound. Or if i lay my head on my pillow on the right side. Mainly from my right ear side. I would describe it like sounds of inner workings? My left side has a sound but it is more like just white noise on an old blank cassette tape. I believe there may be at least 3 slightly different sounds in the right side. I have been on the ayp system for just over 7 months now. That would be 2 pranyama/dm as prescribed per day w/out fail. If this is a phenomena please provide me with a link to learn more about it. You know come to think about it this kind of reminds me (vaguely) of the sound a refrigerator makes or maybe line a submarine (maybe). Just tryin to point something out in real life you could relate to.
