This has been quite a good year so far. I set off the new year wanting to "fix" my negativity and cynicism and overall "what else is there" feeling to life. I was at a point where things were good and I had good relationships, toys and very few problems but wasn't satisfied with life in general. Couldn't figure out what was missing, what's the point yaddi yadda...
I Read a bunch of books that sparked something in me, watched some videos which added fuel to the fire and one thing led to another until I found these wonderful lessons. I did a couple months of mindfulness meditation everyday before finding AYP and switching over to this system completely a little over three months ago. It's been nothing short of fantastic so far. I'm doing 5 minutes of simple Spinal Breathing followed by the recommended 20 minutes of DM and then 5-10 minutes of laying down to chill after. The effects are subtle but are noticeable already. Most of my afternoon sits I get a warm glow that's transitioning slowly into daily life and seeping into everything I do. I love it. Looking forward to sharing my progress over time here.
