I have been trying since a long time to understand the difference between the Minds( Conscious, Sub-Conscious, Unconscious Mind), the Brain, Consciousness, and the Cosmic/ God/ Super- Consciousness. But understanding it all just seems currently out of my reach, as I am still a young beginner in all these practices and teachings.
What exactly is the difference between all these things?
