So I decided to go for 2x daily practices this week. Did them on Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday no problems..
..until Wednesday night. I got vertigo all of a sudden, and then ecstasy overdose. Prana flying all over, lit up like the Griswald family house at Christmas. Obviously, no practices for a couple days.
But I did have an interesting experience. Crown was very open, like an infinite cosmos. It was very cool and i explored for a moment (uh..wow. Wish i was brave enough to dive right in, it was unbelievable). Laying in bed, I tried to divert the flow into Ajna away from the crown.
So I was in sambahvi, and then my eyes seemed to tilt upward more than usual, and I could see the whole crown opening from sambahvi. It was amazing. Total absorption in the crown through sambahvi, or at least I think so, can't be sure because I backed off right away.
Am I correct in saying that I was seeing the crown? It sure felt like it, it was pure crown not Ajna. It was infinite.
So, can you really adore the crown from sambahvi? |

Yes, and sure, why not? But be mindful not to adore yourself into too much overload.

PS: See Lesson 199

Lesson 199 is quite good. Yogani, could you please describe the term & topic of purification? The term is not one that I really take to and is causing some mental friction when reading your words.
It is like some part of my mind reads the word purification and the term translates as false.
Thanks. |

Hi EK:
You can call it the unwinding of samskaras (latent karmic impressions) if you like, or anything else that resonates for you.
Sometimes we call it "cleaning the windshield of our awareness."
The words are not so important. The results of practice are.
All the best!
The guru is in you.
