Divine Beings of AYP,

Nandhi has been with AYP since 2005. We have admired and appreciated Yogani's teachings/wisdom/grace that he has so freely shared with each of You here. This sublime teaching is closely expressive of our mystical yogic pathway of the Siddhars- so the appreciation for AYP.

So we are surprised to see this post on this section- "Other Systems and Alternate Approaches" .
This post was meant for the sections:
Kundalini - AYP Practice-Related
Kundalini Issues Not Related to the AYP System

Loving to discus/talk/debate on the intellectualization of Mother Kundalini as in basics of the inner fire of daily tapas, bhakti and as consciousness itself. When relating to the yoga philosophy minus the baggage of hinduism or relating "Kundalini" to an experience arising out of AYP practice, it is wise and helpful to understand Mother Kundalini from the Siddhar concept.
So Mother Kundalini is worshipped for Her blessings.

So this post. Divine Brother Yogani?

Tapasyogi Nandhi

Hi Nandhi:

Your sharing is always welcome in the forums, and we are honored to have you stopping by.

A moderator moved the first post above for clarity.

The "Kundalini - AYP Practice-Related" section is for discussions on the AYP practices as they relate to energy/kundalini awakening.

The "Kundalini Issues Not related to AYP" section is mainly for those who come here from other systems of practice with difficulties and various kinds of instability, which we do our best to help with.

We used to have one kundalini section, and there was confusion between what was AYP-related and what was not. So the split was done to bring more clarity on that.

Your post above does not fit into either category (not AYP practices and not non-AYP-related kundalini difficulties, and that is why a moderator moved it over here. There are several other places it could have gone (like the bhakti section, video section, etc), but clearly not as a new topic in either of those two kundalini sections with the purposes as indicated.

With AYP being an "open source" system, with a forum that has open discussions on many other approaches to spiritual practice as well, including some similar to AYP like your teachings from the Siddhars of South India, we have found it necessary to keep clarity as to what is AYP and what is another system. This helps avoid confusion about what the AYP baseline system is, and also helps avoid confusion about what any other system is.

Mixing systems of practice together is common these days, according to individual preferences, with so many approaches available in this information age. Therefore, it is all the more important to offer some clarity on what each approach is to minimize confusion among practitioners (beginners especially), and that has been an ongoing task for the moderators here in the forums. There is additional discussion about this in the forum posting guidelines.

Thank you for your valuable contributions, and all the best with your teaching, and celebration of the increasing divine outpouring from within humanity. Together we are all making a big difference. Bravo!

The guru is in you.
