Hey all, I've recently noticed that my body is doing the abhaya mudra, among other things, during meditation. I've found this to be interesting. Padma mudra began about a year ago and is now firmly entrenched in my practice, I'm wondering if the same will happen with this mudra.
You'll recognize abhaya mudra as the palm facing away in the Buddha statues.
I've got some curiosity toward it but generally just letting it be. Its happening every time I sit, even for just relaxation and of course in yoga classes.
