Time.

Are you willing to make time for 2 20 minute sessions twice a day? That is all it takes. Be gentle with yourself when you are not able to do it twice a day. That is really it. The rest will happen on its own. The fewer walls or expectations you put up the better. Just do the practice and then live life.

Just a few months into meditation, the biggest surprise has been my introduction to the Witness; present all along but lost in the noisy clutter that was my life. My advice is not to think!

Hi

You may ask yourself, What is yoga?

Here is one definition:

Yoga – Means, β€œto join, or union.” The vast field of knowledge and practices concerned with promoting the evolutionary process of human spiritual transformation. The methods of yoga are many and diverse. Yet, all are connected by virtue of their common denominator, the human nervous system. All of yoga is derived from the innate ability for divine unfoldment contained within every person.

This definition comes from the AYP glossary of Sanskrit terms.

In case you were wondering, beginners are welcome to try Advanced Yoga Practices. It is the practices that are "advanced" meaning very efficient as a path to "union." Anyone with a desire to practice yoga is welcome to start here, beginners included!
