Hi friends,

I thought I'd inform you all of a couple of support forums I'm involved with:

Jhana Support Group is a peer-level support group for practitioners of ecstatic Buddhism, as well as any other ecstatic contemplative tradition. We are interested in understanding ecstatic contemplative practices and traditions, and the process of spiritual awakening.

Kundaliniheat is a peer-level support group for practitioners of ecstatic contemplative practices. Kundalini is the divine force of love and compassion within all of us. Kundalini is another word for the Holy Spirit, which brings healing, health, happiness and new life to all of us. Sometimes, the process of spiritual transformation is frightening, but it becomes a blessing when it is approached with acceptance and detachment. This list offers a supportive atmosphere for sharing of experiences.

Happiness and Ease to you all,
Nirodha (Bill Gray)
