the past is memory the future is imagination the mind goes back and forth between those 2 illusions trying to give itself some credibility the masks have fallen resting in the Self, the eternal present,the eternal awareness
yet no need to reject or avoid anything simply put: past,memory,future,imagination,mind,time,the good,the bad.....all are in the Self yet the Self is not in them
some inspiration....
