Hi my dear friends,

For past few days I have noticed that when I lay down to sleep and while in sleep too I feel like SBP is happening on its own and I can actually feel the energy move on my spine especially i feel it lot on root chakra,solar pelux up to my heart center.

Any one had this especially while you are asleep?I also noticed with the air conditioner ON I was sweating on my back and I can feel the energy only if I am sleeping on my sides a lot.

Because you are aware of your breath. Soham goes on continuously. Shakti travels up and down the spine when you are aware.

yes that could be true as sometimes I wakeup to my own breathing...
