For anyone who may have been wondering whether -- and how much -- meditation physically changes the brain, a new peer-reviewed study shows conclusively (with roughly 95% accuracy) that meditators can be identified solely from brain images.

RESEARCH ARTICLE: Brain Imaging Analysis Can Identify Participants under Regular Mental Training

Obviously, how meditation affects us within, in our ongoing experience, is the important part ... but stuff like this is still interesting.
