I just wanted to say that I appreciate the straight forward and practical approach to Yogani's writing and audio. I've been going through heavy purification, and sometimes my mind goes off on these tangents and just re reading Easy lessons to Ecstatic living brings me back. I want to Thank everyone who has contributed to Advanced Yoga Practices and the support forums. It is a treasure to me.
