hiya,

i've been diagnosed with cervical dystonia and over the past 12 months i've realised that i've been walking around with a emotional trauma which my body has been fighting and tensing around, thus the dystonia.

i'm just wondering if anyone on this forum has experienced emotional release therapy or "emotional freedom technique"

are there any good books out there?

joe

Hi Joe,
Check this out:

Do a forum search on EFT, there are other topics on this.

Wish you all the best!

thanks shanti,

very useful.

for anyone reading i did some research and went for a book called matrix reimprinting which has been developed from EFT but with a bit of quantum science added on.

i totally understand what one post said about being ready to let go, somethings just take time.

Absolutely! It is not an overnight process. Our practices and samyama helps us with this. See through what we hold onto and let it go.
