Just wanted to rise up from my coffee table here in the café and offer you all something to drink. I shout out loudly and proudly that I now have a small yoga session I actually CAN perform without the energies going crazy! JAY! Seven years of no asanas, and now I can do a 10 min program with a few, very grounding positions! My body is SO grateful, happy, and sparkling!!! And I love doing yoga. I can now proudly proclaim I'm practicing the full scope of yoga - all eight limbs!
