Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum but have been reading the posts over a year. I have started AYP deep meditation for the past few months. I'm excited to learn from everyone. I will be posting several questions.

A special thank you to yogani for creating such a wonderful forum. I took advantage of the Thanksgiving sale on the books and bought all the books except three. They are such good reads :).
